I've been having this dream for somewhere around three months now, about once a week, but not really on any patern.

It starts off I'm falling and falling down a deep dark well, it seems like. I can't see a thing. And I mean not a thing. I can't even see my own body. It's just a sensation of falling and falling for what seems like forever. But then suddenly I can see something, and it looks like I'm falling towards it. It grows and grows and as I get closer and closer I can see it's a flat meadow, with tall grass and a small stream winding through it. And, as I'm plummeting towards my inevitable death, this strangely out of place feeling of happiness and relaxation washes over me.

I hit the ground and I feel my body, basically, go splat. I feel it spread out as it hits the ground.

I wake up, and I feel very very happy while I'm awake. I'll go back to sleep. It usually repeats itself in the same night as well. When it does it's always in a set of three.

    Help?

Hi Yoseff, and be welcome to this place.

I thought your dream is a wonderful experience.

Death is but change, and getting born to the other side. But you are just energy. Change is eternity's breath .... how can change not be a friend.

And navigating the vast sea of the unknown, you create the ripples of change in front of you, drawing unto yourself the reflections of your own healing and becoming whole. You are not alone on your journey.

The answer that you seek you already hold inside your heart. Yet like a sparkling reflection of sunlight, you may find it wherever you turn your gaze.

Sometimes the best meaning is in how you make use of a dream, and act on it in the dynamics of simple daily life, and make it a blessing.

Thank you for sharing (and I hope this makes sense for you).

I guess I just never looked at it that way. Thanks much!

Whenever I dream about falling off from a height, I wake up right before hitting ground level. It feels so real. But I never heard of people dreaming about dying, because people don't know what it feels like, that's why they wake up.
