My alarm went off while I was semi awake just enjoying the state, was only some slight ambient music to keep it gradual.

I opened my eyes and could see a TV, on the TV was like.. an Egyptian princess being dressed by her maids (who were blokes dressed as women) - Then it showed the woman standing with her arms out looking out the TV. I remember a window being to the side with a long curtain blowing accross the TV.

Then I blinked and it was my room.. This felt more like a hallucination than anything, I was in my bed exactly where my bed is, most of the room was exactly the same apart from the TV and window. It simply WAS what I could see, I have no doubt of that. I felt like I was at my dads house for some reason.

This has never happened to me before and it's left me really confused. So random and so real! I don't have many random dreams anymore and none have ever seemed so real or been when my eyes were open.

    *blagged*

Any ideas wtf is going on in my head? :D

Weird... that same thing happened to me... except that I felt like I was at my grandmother's house... and it also felt crazily real except also a hallucination. Not like a dream though, I think it just has to do with that weird state between consciousness and unconsciousness. I finally came to the conclusion that I think it is just a result of being closer to consciousness than most dreams take place. Hope I helped...

That's an idea I had had - I've had simimlar stronger dreams while waking up, because of the same reason, this seemed different though, the situation was very random for me being so close to conciousness as I had been semi concious for so long before with no real dream-like images in my imagination.
