I have a twitching finger that seems to be connected to a spot in my arm that is jumping. Besides being annoying as Hell and it's starting to be painful.

    I hate stuff like this.

If it is starting to be painful you maybe should have it checked out. Sometimes repetitive motion can cause strain and damage. :(

    Hope it stops soon.

It's crazy. Actually, the finger has done it off and on for about a week. Today the muscle jumping in the arm came in, actually in the lower arm and the upper arm. The pain is in the wrist when the finger gets zapped with the message to "jump!".

Hopefully, I will wake up tomorrow and it will all be gone.

I hope so but if not keep an eye on that as it can cause strain which could complicate what is going on.

Irritating when strange things happen to our bodies.

I drink less water in the winter so it's only about 7 glasses a day of straight water.

I actually thought about you and your eye twitch since I've had this one going on.

I'm glad you've had something calm it down for a little while.

one the doctors I seen said it was a sinus nerve and nothing to do with my eye. When I said "the twitching has everything to do with my EYE!" ..

Did this coincide with you having to stop taking meds because of that allergy you noted in the other thread. That can cause a temporary twitch....

I think I may have noticed the finger twitch a few times before stopping the Naproxen, but yes, the twitching of the arm and finger have picked up significantly with stopping the medication.

    I HATE muscle twitches.

I have one in my right bicep. Sometimes it will tense itself with such a furious intensity that my whole arm trembles and it hurts like buggery ...

    Ow!

Mine continued through the night and is still with me. I've become well acquainted now and can say it's in my forearm also causing my middle finger to jump.

Maybe it's trying to tell me something. Maybe I need to exercise it by giving the middle finger lots today. lol

I get occasional twitches now and then... eyelids, forearms, calves... I'll experience them over a number of consecutive days for maybe a week or so then they'll go away for a while.

It's not so bad since I don't mouse with my right hand. If I did, I'd have tons of mis-clicks.

Maybe you should see a chiropractor? Sometimes when I have a twitch or something, I go get a good popping and I'm good for awhile.
