As the first order of business, I would like to propose a motion to agree first and foremost that every member of this session remove as much clothing as temperature and privacy of computer location will allow.

If this measure is passed, all members who are alone in a private location will be required to remove all clothing.

If in a public place such as a library or internet cafe, remove as much clothing as possible, even if it is only your shoes, or hat.

For other situations, such as friends or family present, use your own discretion.

This will facilitate a flow of ideas through this house, so that we can accomplish the important tasks our constituents are counting on us to perform.
