Purple Hair. Don't Care!

What do you think? I was going to do turquoise but didn't want to be a "smurf head".

 

I think that if it makes you happy, it was the right choice.

 

It entertains me! I did it as a bucket list type thing. I've never done it before but was always curious what it would look like. I do like it though. May keep it this way for a while.

it sounds like youre assuming I hated it...but all i meant was i didnt like it..i didnt say it looked bad or anything about standards lol...just neutral....it might be a perfect match for your personality

carefree is good..i wish i could be more carefree

purple would look silly on me though..plus im going bald

Thanks everyone. I did need a bit of a confidence boost about it. It's pretty extreme for me. Glad the general consensus is good.

I like it on you. I don't think everyone can pull off purple hair. Purple is my favorite color to dye my hair. I've tried a few other colors too. I can never get any of the colors to really stay for as long as I'd like though! I even tried bleaching my hair this last time then dying it purple but it didn't stay very long..What brand of dye did you use?

 

I used one called SPLAT, I got it at WalMart. I washed it a few hours ago and a good bit of the color came out so I'm going to buy another tube Friday and redo it. I bleached it first too, which may be one reason it didn't stick as well.
