i dont know if they got synthesis' that start from pure tryptamine, but thats the first thing that came to my mind. tell me what happens.

 

perhaps an enzymatic synthesis of MT. or 5-meo-dmt. i think that those molecules with substituents on benzyllic carbon 4 would be difficult.
