    I'v had this kick ass t-shirt for quite a while but it was too big for me so I deceided to take it apart this morning and make it fit a little better.

    Here's the before pics:
    Front:

    After:
    I cut 5" off each side of the shirt and used an old pair of spiderweb tights for the sleeves.
