I'll let him explain his arrest when he reads your post. I personally wish I was driving.

^^^you went to a concert on the tail end of your 15 mg 2ce trip, right? aren't you a little intrigued about live music + psychedelics?

    wow, dude. sounds really necessary.

might be the dumbest thing you said yet.

sorry to be so harsh, TNS, but you need to stop acting like a teenager.

Unfortunately live music comes with something I detest, crowds :)

If David Gilmore wants to give me a private show, I'm all for it! I just don't wanna mill around bouncers and strangers and drunk douches and bait people and etc . . . I have social anxiety and irritable bowel syndrome, so concerts are kind of difficult to accomplish. I did go to one concert on a hoffman, with my dad no less. Thankfully that dose is fairly light, on par with a light molly dose or something. In fact I was so into the performance that it kind of took a back seat.

I've never been to a rave, nor have I ever been to a music festival (I don't count the all ages one I went to once that was populated mostly by families and drunk 15 year olds). Given how passionate I am regarding psychedelics, and how passionate I am regarding music (more than psychedelics even), I realize I am quite the anomaly in this regard :) I truly prefer music in the comfort of my own home.

TNS, if only you could learn to dose more responsibly, so it would not cause you to lose jobs because you're dosed, and be unable to support your dosing habit. It's self-fulfilling man. All you have to do is be serious when it's time to be serious. Work = sober. Driving = sober. If you clean up, stop hanging around people who are walking minor charges magnets, get an education, get a job, then you can live comfortably, even on your own! and dose as often as you like, after work, with no possibility of it backfiring on you. I know you probably feel (and are!) trapped somewhat in the system due to your existing record and the poor state of the economy, but at some point you've got to simply stand back and think, am I just shooting myself in my own foot this whole time? Not trolling I swears it.

I know all of this, man. I have a lot of work to do on myself, but it takes time. Sometimes you just gotta say "fuck it" and get a little reckless though:tongue:

Thanks for the concern though, man:)

Not a huge fan of Skillrex but that setup looks amazing, definitely the type of stage set I'd prolly trip harder on some good MDMA than a couple hits of acid.

    You dose?

thanks for the rep TNS ;)

not quite what i was thinking when i got a strip of those hoffmans (if they were the same ones)

i don't like crowds either, and to be honest, i don't like leaving my house much...well i guess i should say i don't like driving and PARKING. i have no problem going for a walk or bike ride.

but yeah, it's much more comfortable listening to music at home...but a live performance is so much more. and when you're tripping...it's INSANE. i've felt the weirdest connections to the performers. the energy and the whole show that comes with live music is definitely worth the crowd IMO

and most importantly...at a music festival or most concerts, a lot of other people are fucked up on something, so no one is looking at you. i've seen pics, man...you're a pretty average looking dude...not like some big hippie or something. i think you'd blend in fine :)

what was the concert you went to with your dad?

the last live music event i went to was a festival..and this reggae band named Rebel Fire came on during the peak of two red stars...
i pretty much fell in love with the singer...was bombarded with a thousand thoughts at once, and started bawling my eyes out! that was just a bit awkward, but i was so far gone i didn't care what people thought. well maybe i did...because i removed myself from the area :)

this isn't the festival i was at, but i'm pretty sure it was the song that made me cry
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XqdoDMKzuSM&feature=related"]Flower Harvest Fest - Rebel Fire - YouTube
skip to like :45 if you want

song's got such an eerie vibe to it. it's "Jah worship" but it sorta felt like devil worship at the time.
wait, this might not have been the crying song, because i remember looking at my girl and saying "i REALLY like this" with an evil laugh.
musta been the next song that made me lose it.

another time at Silversun Pickups, one of my favorite bands, even more so at the time...anyways, i didn't expect mosh-pitting, and i had got us a good spot...when people started moshing, and i was just trying to enjoy the music with my 5'3" girl by my side...maybe close my eyes and drift away...dudes kept bumping into me.
i ended up losing my cool and punching him. must not have been too hard, cuz he didn't care one bit. i also yelled something at him and made a fool of myself.

those were both great shows, and i don't regret dosing at them...but they go to show how it's not the optimum setting. but it's COMPLETELY worth it for me

here's a little guitar lick from the SSPU show i went to...

edit: looks like i already said much of this (about rebel fire) in psych bump 10

fact is, if he made a better choice, and didn't drive on drugs, he wouldn't have gotten arrested. yes...cops are assholes, but you have to give them a reason to be able to "get you"

Bump for this kick-ass red DMT changa I made. It's jungly as all fuck and has a HUGE amount of freebase MAOI thrown in for good measure. Sneaky sneaky sneaky. Every time I hit I feel underdosed, but oh it's a creeper then WHAM! Fuck, I'm visiting a family made out of Cheetos, look out a window, get examined by fantastically detailed cubes, then get carried up and away and shown/toured around a hyperspace city, then taken down into some entity's house, taken into their study and stuffed into a closet - all of this with incredible tryptamine details. Then, 10 minutes in I think it's over, sit up, etc. only to be hit with another wave. MAOI for the win on this one.
