I bought this giant tub of protein powder after I finish my tiny tub (just testing it out). The first one I bought was vanilla flavoured, it was white, mixed well in water, and tasted good! This giant tub, is the same brand, also vanilla flavoured, but it is green! And it is always lumpy, wont mix in! And I think it made me feel bad. Does anyone have any answers?
DON'T DRINK IT. did you know that hummous and flat bread are ideal for vegetarians because they present the complete array of amino acids necessary to make a complete protein? beans and brown rice, too. they last longer and they're cheaper.
she's not bulking. she's vegetarian in need of protein. DON'T SLIM!! new evidence shows that being a little plump is ideal for your health. lowest death rate.
Take the doses smaller, more times a day. It'll be easier on your stomach. And I've never meet anyone with good advice on how to prevent whwy from clumping.
Nah i wouldnt take protein powder and im even vegan! It takes a bit of juggling and monitoring to check im getting all the aminos but protein powders not usually good. Most people hget too much protein, it can start to leech your bones, and thats true Eat beans or lentils or as has been said hummus with bread, or rice, certain fruits and veggies, the lists endless really, all plants will have some of the amino acids, you just have to put them together in the right way to ensure you get all the ones the human body wont produce on its own As long as you include a variety of foods in your diet...and as youre veg you could even include eggs to help if you like them...youre most definitely not going to have a protein deficiency
You should ear a lot of hemp seeds! You can get hemp seeds and they have A LOT of protein in them and are so good for you in so many ways, not to mention really easy to find ones that are locally and organically grown. After working in the fitness centre and reading lots of the ingredients I try to stay clear of a lot of the protein shakes and energy shakes they sell. I think healthy diet is the best thing, but if you are feeling low on iron/protein there are these really aweful tasting vitamin drinks at health food stores that are really really effective but a little hard on the digestion... Just a thought, but like deff each to their own. what works for one might not work for another, and like maybe you are useing a better brand then what we used to sell there.
