Well, I haven't been here in aover a year, so this was me last June at 8 1/2 months (with my sis and my mum) I loved being pregnant. It was a beautiful experience. Best of luck to all the mamas-to-be!
adorable! you didn't get that big did you? i'm almost 7 mos and I think i'm bigger than u r in this pic! lucky me lol
I put on about 52 pounds believe it or not... I was all belly. My belly got pretty big from the time of that picture to birth. But little munchkin was only 7lbs1oz. Are you having a boy? You wear it so beautifully. All the best to you and little precious bundle to be.
Thank you! Yes I am having a boy, how'd you know? Did you have a boy? You look great btw, how old is your lil one?
All stomach like I was. Yes, I had a little baby boy. His name is Dylan. He'll be 10 months old on the weekend.
That's so cool! Very groovy name indeed... different. I dig it. He will too. Thanks by the way... Sunny days help... Gets me out walking. And honestly once they start moving around, who needs a gym! Here's my little munchkin btw... http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/picture.php?albumid=3680&pictureid=28182
hehehe... Thanks hun! He's such a loving little boy too... a beautiful and wise little soul... Life begins when they arrive. When's your due date?
Don't be. You'll be far too excited to hold him to be nervous. It's all a blur to me really. Sending positive vibes your way. Dylan was Born July 31st. 2 Leos.
lol if you don't mind me asking, did you have a natural birth? i wanted to have a home birth but it's practically illegal here in arkansas they make it very difficult
No... lol I was in labor for 21 hours... I wasn't dilating at all so they had to induce my contractions. I was having a contraction every minute because of that, and I couldn't take the constant pain so I got an epidural. Not only that, but everytime I got one, Dylan's heartrate dropped very low. It scared me so much! It was because he was being pushed downward, but didn't want to come out. I ended up having a Caesarian after all the labor because Dylan was face up. I didn't have an easy birth at all... but my doctor knew what he was doing and he brought my little one into the world safely. To each his own, but I wouldn't outrule being in a hospital. In my case, they saved my son's life!
wow, that's awesome that you are both okay you've given me something to think about for sure most of my friends are preaching the natural/homebirth but that is something to consider there are so many things that can go wrong
Yes indeed. I was in very good hands and they made me feel so calm throughout. It's great to not have to worry about complications... It allows you to enjoy the experience that much more. Have your friends had kids?
