thank you, well, i use cret whittening strips sometimes, but one shouldnt use them all the time, your teeth get very "thin"

 

well not that they get thin but it deteriorates the enamel... so your teeth look pretty but become very sensitive to hot and cold and no longer have that protective layer. i dont think that using those now and then really hurts though...and it is definately worth it for the effects. those things really work.
