Basically, I'm trying to change for the better, and be happier with myself and my life. But I feel like an emotional roller coaster, and I don't know why. I've faced many of my issues, and eliminated a lot of toxic people out of my life, and still, I just always feel a sense of lonelyness and doubt, everyday. I just need help getting on the right track of things. Female/Jan 13, 1991/MA, if that helps in any way. Thank you, God Bless.
what sign are you? often, those constant feelings herald big transformations......you say you've made alot of changes, faced issues and rid yourself of toxic peeps - is this a recent thing? if so, it will take about six to nine months for all the energies to run their course i'm just feeling alot of movement for you, on all levels - embrace the ride!
Hi Hustleroze Change is our constant promise. This is multi sided in that as things change inside us, they also will change around us. This would be simple if it were not for the threads of emotional attachments, expectations, and emotional desires recorded in the energy body. When a person takes on a major life transformation the struggles one faces is often getting the message through to our hearts understanding. As humans we tend to stick with what we know rather than fight the energy that in the beginning feels like a self distruction of the image, and role one played. We tend to make, and take everything personally when in fact the only thing that is personal is our attachment to the understandings, and desires we have woven around us. From here your aura looks like a sticky spiders web spread out on the lawn. Your energy body looks like orange jello setting up in one form looking like a gingerbread man. So as much as you are making positive out side changes, you still have the attachments to the nature, and path you have known in a kind of double exposure inside you. Your aura, emotional, and energy body are filtering the messages you are sending yourself at different vibrational levels, thus the confusion. Ever watch the movie The Forbidden Kingdom by Jackie Chan, and Jet li ? Sometimes change takes time, and at others change seems to happen before the thought is formed. The deeper you go within your life, and seeing yourself the greater your changes, and depth of understanding will be. You came through to work through these issues in this life time. As a Tibetin Monk, and Zen Master in past lives you longed for your own life story to be the steps you chose, and not ones that seemed chosen for you from birth. Thus this life you now are in. Do not give up on the process of change. Find what Being True means to you. Follow your heart from the purity of your intent. The evidence will be made real in each step, and breath you take. Release the inner expectations, and habits of the emotional body as you venture into this new awareness that is as old as time itself within you. Allow everthing to become your teacher as much as you are both the teacher, and student of your life. Find your inner vibrational tone, this will help in changing the color, and texture of your aura, and energy body. The only way to change the world around you, is to change the world within you. Kind of reminds me of the story of the man who served his master. One day the master was out shooting his bow, and arrow and his thumb got caught in the bow string, and was severed off. The servent while caring for his master's hand said, "Master this too is a good thing." The master became enraged, and threw the servant into prison. The master continued on his journey, and was captured by a tribe of cannables. They tied him up, and was prepared to toss him into the stew pot when they noticed his thumb was missing. They quickly released him, and drove him unharmed from their village. You see they were forbidden to eat something with parts missing. On his release he went home, and missing his old servant went to the prison to see how he was doing. He told the servent that indeed loosing his thumb was a good thing, it saved his life. The servant listened carefully to his masters story, and replied, " Yes Master throwing me into prison was also a good thing because I still have both my thumbs." We are both our own masters as much as we are servants of the choices, steps and lives we live. Be aware that any choice we make will cost us everything we think we are, and that which we become will teach us more about who we are than we ever imagined we would know. It is said we use only 10 to 15 percent of our brain power. Imagine if we used more, would we then not see the whole, and greater picture in our journey, and not cling only to that which seems to be real. Your perceptions, and focus are the keys. I have walked, and sometimes crawled through places I thought would kill me. When I stopped fearing my own death I found the humor in the things I imagined, and feared, because as I feared what I imagined, I also created that which I feared, and my truth that seemed so real formed. One day I dreamed that if my truth was to change would I not then also need to take care on what I imagined, or thought. If this being the case would then what I created offer me a newer, and more profound truth than I had yet known. The answer was Yes. We are here to grow beyond that which we are attached to, and only in understanding this will we be free to embrace the inner connection to the whole, both in, and around us.
look into the rayid method of iris interpretation... it really helped me out when I was going through a lot of issues. learn how to read your own eyes.. i love reading people eys, and letting them know what their strengths and weaknesses are and what they should work on.
