I posted this under legal, but wanted to make sure everyone here knew about this: On wikipedia, they list a Utah case where the FBI is prosecuting someone for possesion of 7.5g of 2C-E under the Federal Analogue Act. I can't find any other references about it. Or if there was "intent to distribute". It's been talked about on bluelight, I wouldn't worry though, the guy had all kinds of other illegal substances on him too. And most importantly - the FBI has nothing to do with the scheduling of compounds, so our beloved 2c-e isn't at an immediate risk of being schedule 1; it's not like there were any injuries or deaths. The dumbass motherfucker was probably handing out doses like candy or something... he deserved to be busted. Hey!!! I've an idea, let's drive around with 400 doses of an RC!!! YEAH!!!
