Pole dancers are in incredible shape. I'm sure it's a great workout.
Try to hold yourself parallel to the floor on one of those things.

    Damn near impossible.

And these women whip around on it like they have ropes holding them up.

That's why I watch, of course. To admire their athleticism. :D

Im a pretty swift guy, Ive tried many a times to swing on a pole.. it is very different for a male, I think.. its alot of upper strength, leg strength too, allycad street sign poles we used to climb on when kids are a little wider, easier to hang upside down on with legs but harder to grip and spin with hands.. professional poles are much nicer but I could no way get the speed some them girls have and I wouldnt even try .. my nuts..
you will slide better with baby powder then you will with grease..
yeah for fitness,:) there are poles in the marital arts studios I go to, they have dance and fitness other stuff throughout the day, I havent tried them there. Im still easing my way into my comfort zone..

This thread is false advertising. You lure me in with pole dancing and it ends up being about fitness. Shame on you.

Nothing wrong with staying in shape. I keep my eyes in shape by watching women preform pole aerobics, they are very healthy :groupwave:

I was in the bar and these strippers (sorry not pole athletes but real strippers) were having a pole dance off with these random hippie guys

the guys were also fucking awesome as well as the chicks, the strippers were pissed off... it was like some kind of 80's movie except with strippers and poles and cool dudes who could also do the upside down stuff

and man that was an entertaining night

I will swing on that pole when ever I can.
    I will own that pole.

Having never done it, I assume I would be an artist at pole dancing.

    Also, that sounds terribly hot.

It sounds like it is more than enough of a workout.

You are enjoying it and that is a great thing. :)

    lol

I find your finding that inappropriate vulgar in the extreme. Sexiness is to be admired, not shut up in a strip club :)
