okay my ticket for a festival i am going to says this 'you will be searched before entering the campsite.if illegal substances are found you will be prosecuted.'. does anyone have any experiencees of the campsite security at festivals? how thourough are the searches? any ways i can get by them. any ways of getting my stash in? suggestions welcome, im not sure about sniffer dogs and if there are, how can i cover the scent? pleeeeease help. btw i am talking about pot, nothing else
there is no covering scent. Dogs smell in layers, not like a soup. if you have a coffecan mostly full of coffee and a baggie inside, the dog will smell it all. Some are trained to hit on scents commonly used to disguise drug scents, too.
most of the ones I have been to don't look that hard. Most were just looking for tanks and stuff like that. But I don't know what show you are talking about so I don't if that is true there.
any Brit festivarians here to help the sister out? we Yanks aren't a great amount of help as the laws are different. sunshine creek? is there a chat board about the site itself? Lots of US fests have them, and they are often the best source of info, esp if it is not affiliated with fest promoters.
