Pistuals brown to fast??Please help

I have started to have problems as soon as I added a 3rd 600HPS light to my 6ft x 8 ft room. The room is only for flowering and I am having to harvest starting at about 5 - 6 weeks . The pistuals are browning way too fast..I have an adequate exhause fan ..the room does get very humid and hot. I keep the exhaust on all the time to keep it to about 80 humid and 85 degrees. Maybe I am exchanging air too quick?? I keep my solution at about 100PPM. I keep the light about 20" away or more. I AM SO FRUSTRATED...also I am getting mold...maybe from temp dropping at night??? CAN A NICE SOUL PLEASE HELP ME??

 

Whats your humidity and temp levels? high humidity and high temps guarantee mold.

 

even with my fan running always ..i can be at 80per cent humidity..but even when i manage that lower i get pistuals browning ahead of ripenin...the mold is managable ..i cut out the little big i get in the larger colas.

 

Try cutting your watering down to a minimum. Wait untill the plants almost start to wilt before you add any water, that should lower your humidity. Oh, looks like you're in hydro, doh!

do you know if its normal that when I harvest at 80-20 percent brown to white pistuals..that the 20 percent white to brown while drying???

 

Yeah, that's normal. The color ratio is only a way of determining when to harvest. Once you do harvest, everything starts to dry out and change color.
