I made the comment to my boyfriend, who has been staying with me, that I really needed to do laundry, but I didnt have the time between working full time and going to school full time. God bless his heart, he took it upon himself to do the laundry while I was at school yesterday...Now this is where things go bad. He's color blind and accidentally put a NEW red shirt in with my whites. So now ALL MY WHITES ARE PINK! Is there a way to get the pink back to white? Am I doomed to wear pink socks until I buy new ones? Will bleach work? Can my shirts with decals and things on them be bleached without ruining them?

God bless his heart, I will never let him touch my laundry again...

I would use a box of rit dye-remover. I always used that in the laundry-mat I worked in. The trick is DON'T WASH THE CLOTHES UNTIL YOU PUT THEM IN WITH THE TREATMENT!

If you wash them anymore, the colour will be set permanently.

I know...I wasn't too mad. I mean it was a nice gesture, but I've still been picking him about it. He feels so bad...but I can't help it. It's cute...
