picture of barefoot driving

I cannot provide a picture but I will comment on this subject. I, too, drive barefoot. Not only does it feel better but I feel as if I have more control over my vehicle. When I'm driving and wearing shoes I am always concerned that I might accidentally accelerate too hard or not break soon enough since I can't feel the pedals as well. When I can feel the pedals underneath my feet, I feel in complete control and plus it's always nice on hot days to turn on the A/C and cool my feet or on those frosty days to turn on the heat and warm up my feet. I find that when my feet are warm, the rest of my body becomes warm as well. Also, I find that driving barefoot makes long trips more bearable. If I have to drive for an hour or two with shoes on I usually get a cramp in my foot but when I am barefoot I can easily drive for 3-4 hours with no problems.

i hate wearing shoes in the car, i like to be able to feel what I am doing with my feet, most shoes are soo thick I cant tell whats goin on!

i agree your car is spic and span, my three kids have turned mine into a toybox

 

I drive with my toes. I can provide a pic, but I never thought to take one. My pics are of the surfaces I most commonly walk on. Someday I'll post these in a gallery. Except in the dead of winter here, I drive bare.

 

i don't drive yet; but in the passenger seat, i either wear flip-flops or no shoes at all 'cause it's weird to me to wear shoes in a car for some odd reason...

I just happened to snap this picture of my soles while driving home after going barefoot for less than 5 minutes on Friday. I just hopped out of my car and walked to the ticket window to pick up some movie tickets, and then back to the car again. It was warm blacktop, so I guess the heat must have made the oil surface and get my feet this dirty. But it sort of fit the theme of this thread so I figured I would post it.

 

Hey guys, I do drive but have never tried driving barefoot myself. Though I have a strange attraction to girls that drive barefoot. Some girls can have such beautiful feet and they grace the pedals of there car and take driving to a whole new height for me. Girls CAN flirt with their feet, its a magic that I find is un-tapped. Most guys do like to see a girl with pretty feet, and what better way to show them off with driving barefoot. It also coincides with another liking of mine. I love girls who like to not only drive barefoot but also have fun whilst doing it. I mean like having fun with their car. There is nothing more satisfying then to see I beautiful female plant her pretty foot down on the accelerator and then to hear and feel both rear wheels kick up two rooster tails of flying gravel. Things like that. Even better when its done in the wet, makes a vey satisfying sqeeling sound.

Any of you care to share your thoughts on this please...

I drive barefoot as often as I can. If I'm wearing flips I always take them off to drive.

It seems to be only us guys who drive barefoot ! No girls ?

 

i've driven barefoot before. it was to an interview, and the shoes where waaaaay too thick so i took them off that hasn't been the only time either. and sometimes when my boyfriend drives me home, he's barefoot *and* in his pj's! and i live an hour away! (well, to be fair his pj's are just a tee shirt and shorts.)

 

Heh, around here, we call that "formal wear"

I can't imagine driving with shoes. It would be like wearing boxing gloves while painting...

If I am crutching barefoot, I drive barefoot.

 

I Always drive BF. But not that interested in seeing photos of it. Lets face it - most guys feet are not particularly attractive (mine included).

But since I'm here: OP's picture is super dangerous looking, you never have ANY shit around your feet.

However, I always take my shoes off to drive, much better feel for the pedals. The only problem is that on long trips your heel can get sore, in which case it is best to just put on shoes.
