On Sunday, July 25, I went to the Rock Odyssey in Yokohama. It's a rock concert, and this year (the Rock Odyssey's first year), the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Lenny Kravitz, the Black Eyed Peas and others came to Japan. I was so jacked because I was going to see the RHCP Here are some pictures of that day. I'll post more later. This is a shot of the streets of Yokohama just after getting off the train, and on the way to the stadium. The great thing just after taking this shot, and walked past folks wearing RHCP shirts Here I'm looking groovy at the concert. If you can look closely, there are RHCP shirts behind me. If you spend any amount of time in Japan, you'll see the English language butchered in many interesting ways. So... I hope people didn't "smork" too much at the concert. This was before the concert started, and I swear all these folks were buying RHCP shirts. This was before the concert started, and this was as close to the stage as I got. Unfortunately, I had stand kinda far away from the stage.
hahaha, nice pictures!!! My brother lived in Japan for a year, teaching English, and he sent me a picture while over there of a sign in a restaurant that said "No Smorking" as well, haha! just thought i'd mention that i know what you mean
Well... I didn't just have a wonderful time at the concert, I had a kick-ass time I just posted some more photos from the concert. To see them, click here: http://hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=228307#post228307post228307
