Ok. Yesterday I was hanging out at my friends. He lives in an apartment and he lives on the top floor. The 16th so it's pretty high.

So we were sitting and talking and I said "yo, if this place was on fire and you were trapped would you jump over the balcony or would you let yourself burn to death in the fire?"

He said he'd jump. I'd definitely jump too.

What would you do?

 

use the escape catapult.

 

I would use my ice breath to extinguish the flames.

jump probably, but i feel like ive heard that when people jump from high places hey die before reaching the ground (i feel like this was discussed with the 9/11 events in one of my recent classes) but maybe im making that up...but i doubt 16 stories is high enough for that.

I mean, I'd do the jump if I was left between the two choices, but I've gotten out of burning buildings before, and would much rather just do that =P

man I'd jump. I've always wanted to jump and fall for a really long time, and this seems like a perfect opportunity. I feel like it's one of the best ways to die, (other than spontaneous cumbustion)

16 stories is sort of beat though. 61 would be way cooler.

 

If it was between burning and jumping I'd jump. at least there is a better chance however little that I wont die from jumping. I'd definitely try to aim for something other then the ground though.
