I have a cat aged 3 years and her name is dandelion.
She wont go outside after dark unless i am with her, she is very timid and a little afraid of the outside world as she was kept indoors by her previous owner and we only got her a month ago. We have put her litter tray outside and she seems ok with that in the day but not at night. So i have to wait for her by the door, like when a little kid is afraid of the dark upstairs so you have to wait at the bottom of the stairs for them until they have finished in the bathroom lol.
she is a very sweet little cat and she waits until I am in bed and then jumps onto the covers and curls up just in reach of my hand and i stroke her and then rest my hand on her and she purrs very loudly for ages until I go to sleep

I have two cats and a dog--the cats' names are Shadow and Lucky (they're both black, in case you're interested)--Shadow is 18 and I've had her since she was a kitten--one of her favorite things to do is hang out with me when I'm on the computer! :) Lucky is 3 (he'll be 4 next month), and I took him in as a stray back in 2008--his previous owner dumped him in front of my house and I didn't want to see him live on the street, so I took him in! One of his favorite things to do is hang out with my dog--as well as occasionally giving Shadow a hard time! LOL :) My dog's name is Merlin--he's a yellow Lab mix--what he's mixed with, I have no idea--but he's 7 years old (he'll be 8 in October) and I've had him since he was a puppy--some of his favorite things to do are play fetch and go for walks!

I have 4 dogs. A basset hound named Penny. She is about 7 or 8. She is very lazy and loves to sleep. A 13 year old Jack Russel spits terrier name Lucy. I have had her since she was a puppy. I swear she thinks she is human always has! Two Basset hound mix puppies (both boys.) I have no idea what they are mixed with. Their names are Comet and Dime. Comet is a really big momma's boy. Where as Dime is more independent. They will be five months old the 28th of the month. Their favorite things to do are play fight with each other and annoy their mom lol.

I have a black lab/german shepherd mix named eustacia vye, eushie for short. She's like 4 months old and crazy hyper but I love her because she's always up for an adventure. She was a rescue of sorts, and by rescue I mean I basically took her away from a bad home without permission (stealing, I think is what they called it) and dealt with the shit storm that followed, so I feel a pretty special bond with her. She goes on long hikes, like 6 miles or more, with me every weekend. She's a little trooper. She's going to be huge and she has a really dominant personality so I know she's going to be a big pain in the ass when shes older. I can't wait.

I'm sorry, that is just so stupid I am riflmao.

I have about 2000 or so rocks (hey, I've been playing at rock hunting for yrs and I'm 54 fgs) and there are quite a few I've petted during the passing of time.

I've got 5 inside/outside cats...plus BB (downstairs is her domain) who I reported on here so much in Dec-Jan of this yr. She is a black bob-tailed cat, about 2 yrs old, I'd guess, and I've recently begun walking her on a collar and leash. The harness thing was just Not Gonna Happen for her.
In order of age are the rest of the cat crew:
Buddy - oldest, estimated to be at least 8 yrs old, appeared here on top of Mama's car in 2005 and his big, orange part Maine Coon self was not young then...he's since had 3 of his 4 main fangs break off. :( But, he eats well and has an excellent temperament. (even when my gay boy tries to mount him, he will try to act like he doesn't know for a bit)
Gray Socks - short haired perfect build (but now with torn -and healed- ear)
almost 4 yrs old...he has a day job and his own agenda come sunrise; but is home each night for his good food and lovin
Silver - (actually Silver Sugar is his formal name) beautiful gray/silver tabby; but is somewhat skinny and also loves Buddy - in all ways that he can...prefers to be outside during the day, but never far from Buddy. He is 3 1/2 yrs old.
MonkeyBrown - considered a tortiseshell cat...like a brendle dog's coat...she was the runt of the original crew and is now a bit asthmatic and smaller than the other cats; but, she is mean as hell...and loves to pick fights with the other cats...BB in particular when she has had the opportunity. However, BB cut her ass back and MonkeyBrown is still living that down. She is 4 yrs old, almost, and fixed. (Littermate of Gray Socks)
Brownie - a perfect (and fixed) black and white male (tuxedo cat) which has this ridiculous name b/c that is what my son named him and he responded...so there you go. He would be considered rescued since somebody just dropped him off here and we kept him. He is a fine, smart boy and gets along with everybody...even the emotionally disturbed dog.
Jack - male dog (strictly inside), border collie, at least 8-9 yrs old; appeared in winter of 2004 (@ least 2 yrs old then) - will NOT get into a car, is afraid of rain, thunder, lightening, wind...cannot eat if you watch him....and thinks biting tires is the thing to do. He is walked at least 3 times a day and actually seems "better" when there are more cats inside for him to worry about.

How do you pronounce "Mwekane"? Like its spelled? (with a u or e after the M?)

Since you help take take of the other dog (with live-in), what/who is he/she? :)
