peter jackson: King Kong

  1. I just saw a preview for this today, I love the way the casting looks and the art direction.... ooh....


    it's supposed to come out in december.....

    im glad it is still set in the 20's or whatever...making it new would be bad, like what they did to Godzilla the nuclear actice/enlarged Marine Iguana from a part of the world that doesnt have marine Iguana's that feeds on fish, unlike real marine iguana's that eat algae of the rocks in the Galapagos Islands

    im probobly gonna see it

    hope he make it good, King Kong is a movie that is very hard to remake, beacuse its was so big then i came back in 1933. every time i see it, i have so much respect for the 2 directors that they could make such a movie at that time.

    I think it looks pretty damn good as far as the trailer goes. I'll give up $10 of my hard earned cash to see it.

    With Peter jackson directing, it cant go wrong.

    So yes, it would just be stupid set now.
    (on a side note - the old -style sets are so cool, I was at home when they were filming a lot of it, ah, so awesome.)
