i am sure i dont want any kids, ii've been pregnant a couple of times (and aborted...) and i can't take hormonal pill other stuff, neirher coil (makes me bleed like hell) Is sterilisation a terrible method? is there something else i could do (i have heard about some tantra maybe ???) please just tell me what u know, thanx for all input....
there is a new to the US coil that is not an IUD, but instead is inserted in the fallopian tubes and creates scar tissue , effectively sealing them. Bit less invasive than snipping /cauterizing.
