I have been using this soap for the last month. I wash my dreads twice a week. That seems to be the sweet spot for balence with my hair, Ive had my dreads for 6 months roughly, im starting to loose track lately...:sifone:

Anyhow, this is the world's oldest continually existing brand of soap, by way of being the world's first registered brand, it was first produced commercially in 1789.
And Pears began to experiment with soap purification way back then, and eventually managed to produce soap, made from pure ingredients (glycerin, rosemary, cedar oil and thyme).
I love it soo much, and just wanted to share it with people here, as an alternitive to dr. bronners...

You have to understand that everyone is different. What works for one, may not work for others. It seems to me (from reading all of these forums) that Dr. Bronner's IS magic soap- for those with the right hair/skin type. Some people say Dr.B's was just what they needed. I for one, do not use Dr.B's soap, but I see how many people here swear by it, and realize it's just another option.

Good find on the Pears soap! I thought the Wikipedia entry was a cool read.
