    It won't happen with the current regime in North Korea. Can't really trust them with any aggreement, peace treaty they sign.

    Oh come on. We can trust the U.S. with treaties. The Star Wars missile defense system isn't really breaking the anti-ballistic missile treaty. It's just a little re-interpretation. And look at all the treaties the U.S. honored with the American Indians. It's like Gallagher says: Football is truly an American game. You take away the other group's land, but only ten yards at a time.
