yeah I agree that they're interesting....don't call them scars call them war wounds and be proud of them, you survived a battle to get that war wound!
I realize its useless to say this, because everyones feelings are different. but i honestly beleive that scars should be worn with pride. like wrinkles and other imperfections, they are a sign of life! i had a tumor removed from my breast at age 18 and the scar is TERRIBLE. its a keloid scar, which is puffy and significantly larger than a regular scar. it looks like i was stabbed. i was pissed at first because i had fabulous breasts, but i got over it quick. i even feel like its a part of me. it carries my past.
I wholeheartedly agree. Ya'll should see my scar from my liver transplant 3 years ago. It's like a mercedes sign, all the way accross my stomach and it goes up in between my boobs. They had staples in me, so the scar has dots on either side of it--it looks hella tribal. I love it
I have a scar on my breasts from my dog biting me when I was giving her a bath. I am somewhat ashamed of it, but I think it is something that I can tell a story about. I hate that its there, but I also hate the idea of cutting up my body.
scars can be very erotic ya know , well at least for me but i`m very close to the decision of operating my nose
I've had 12 plus surgeries, and many scars on my stomach and belly button and lower abdominal area to show for them.. I wouldn't want them to go away or have plastic surgery to make them disappear for they are a part of me and my many journeys, plus I tell people I got into a knife fight with a rowdy street gang...
I am against being cut unless it is absolutely necessary. You can die on the table, for cripes sake... Then you get a Darwin award for dying during vanity surgery.
Or start looking like this woman...The very first pic is of her before plastic surgery, then she kept getting it and getting it, which then turned her into a freak... OP..I know you said you wanted surgery on your tummy from a scar... But since we are discussing plastic surgery, decided to post this pic just because...
Apparently people can become addicted to "fixing" themselves. Seriously, where does it end? A few scars are nothing, I have had stitches in my chin and my ear with obvious scars left behind. I even grow a beard hair out of the one on my chin (I pluck them and send them to shroom) My stomach looks like hell after 2 babies as well. I just don't understand the need for perfection when it can all go so horribly wrong.
