Any other smokers play paintball? Nothing beats a good day of paintball and a few smokin sessions with close friends.
i used too, but the last couple of times i went to this place i didnt have any fun. I always found it more fun to do it with your friends in some woods than going to a course but the course my friends and i made got turned into a housing development.
i used to lol i remenber the bunkers they had is like this sewer tube and im running trying to be rambo with my tippman and i hit the bunker and the thing just went...BOOM!..and fell the ref looked at me and went....WTF! but i doubt i can paintball high ill be like PEACE NOT WAR MAN!
No paintball high is so much fun, I dont play as much as I used to and I only play local games and usualy in the woods but I'm a pretty serious player, playing in a big game(500 or more people) at my local field Hell Survivors with 60 acres of woods, and fortificatiosn is pretty intense high! Any one who plays alot knows its all in good fun and paintball players are usualy vary laid back easy going people.
Ya they are pretty laid back but theres also those assholes, that cheat, lie, and are paint wipers. That right there cant ruin a good day having to play with those kinds of people.
I know what you mean, I keep that out of the woods for sure, but when Im playing some speeball, I go with the flow, sometimes you run into to asshat teams and players that think it fine to wipe and its the refs job to call you out, it sucks but I do the same when palying players like this. Also karma is a bitch in paintball, peopel catch on real fast and if you are a know wipper you wont get shot just once or twice, you can expect to be shoot untill you call your self out, its a bad spot to be in when some one is bunkering you! By the way refing is a great job! For me it didnt even fell like work, I got to stay out side and watch peopl eshoot each other all day and help the newer players, I used to work 24 hour weekends and make great money at the time, they only draw bakc is dont get to paly as much paintball. =P
At the place ive gone to a couple of times and my friends go all the time they've told me some interesting stories about pain wipers and cheaters. Its in a small town so the people that own it get players to ref and pay them in discounts and free drinks, so if you cheat or wipe they let the players dish out the punishment which is usually quite painful.
same shit happened to me. a bunch of townhomes ended up where we were playing paintball in about a year. It was so much fun to go play there with like 6 people, get chiefed...
i've got my own gun/gear but havent played in a while i dont want to play competetively, and at drop in there's too many idiots, the last time i played i was the ONLY person moving up, 2 of the times i rushed up so far with no cover that i realzied was behind the enemy lines = no support = once my spot was found i was done probably play a bit in the spring, i go through too much paint
I play paintball on occasion but I play airsoft more. I love it because you can play it pretty much anywhere and not worry about gettin paint on someone's property or w/e. It is so fun to play high but I always lose when I am high too my crazy friend who takes it crazy seriously, he is like a wanna be army special ops guy. He always sneaks up behind me and I freak out because I am high and playin in the dark and then he shoots me from like 2 feet away with his pistol, it is fun though!
