    Hi All
Has anyone used this before? Does the veg also need need good intake of oxygen or can this be provided from the roots. The reason I ask is that I want to add a air intake into my grow room at the moment it is ok, the only concern is cutting holes in the walls or roof this may be seen by unwanted pests.
    Cheers

You will get all the oxygen your roots will ever need with proper drainage and added perlite in the soil.Using oxygen stones in soil will do one of 2 things;get clogged or burn up the pump from resistance.Be very effective if you were to prepare your water/ferts 24 hrs ahead of schedule and place the stones into and get the water oxygenated bnefore watering..Unless you have heat probs some oscillatting fans will do you just fine or add some co2.

    Cheers Mr Green

I Know all about bad soil check "Stunted Growth" topic. At the moment things are going ok I was thinking about getting a 100mm duct pumping air from outside into the bottom of my closet, do you think this will make much difference? Also I have read loads about C02 not too sold on the whole idea most say its a expensive waste of time. The bubbler in the water sounds like a good idea, I have a 100 L bin that I store my water in i guess i can just drop a oxygen stone in that will this make a difference.

    Cheers for all your help
