hahaha I wasn't flaming you. I just think you should do a bit of research on the drugs you're taking.

This is just standard old non-judgmental student nurse advice: NEVER do opiates or drink on an empty tummy, and NEVER do them together. You invite a myriad of health problems. At your age, mostly short term, but you're going to feel bad for a longer time than you feel good.

And smoking is a no-no. Stick to snorting. Munch on some nice light snacks before like pretzels or toast or grilled chicken, and if you feel a little yucky, grab another few pretzels. Chugging water can often make a bad situation worse. Little sips are best, and ginger ale or ginger beer is very good. Again, I think alcohol is about the worst thing to do in excess, especially on an empty stomach. Take care of yourself.

Drinking alcohol in excess on a full stomach is better?

Absolutely. You're less likely to vomit with food on your stomach. Something to absorb stuff there rather than ALL the booze being absorbed into the muceous lining of your stomach. That means less sickness, less chance of alcohol poisoning, less irritation/creation of ulcers, more goodness. While pigging out at a buffet is a bad idea, you're better off with something in your stomach.

I don't drink anymore so it's besides the point, I always had worse luck when I ate beforehand though, I guess i'm an anomaly or something.

Tylenol is toxic poison that has a cumulative effect on the human liver. It ain't worth it for a few hours high . . .
