Opiate Comparison Chart (Let's make it better)

Opiate comparison charts range pretty wildly in what dose of one opioid is equivalant to a different dose in another opioid. It is one of my pet peeves, actually. The best one I can find, although I still think it is flawed, is the Wikipedia one, since it was built with five different resource charts. Here is the link:

So, let's use our personal experience to fix the bugs of the chart. My first gripe is that it says 30mg Tramadol = 30mg Codeine. I would say it is more like 50mg Tramadol = 30mg Codeine- maybe higher. I also don't like the hydrocodone- oxycodone comparison. I think that 3mg Hydrocodone = 2mg Oxycodone, with the figures simplified for ease of comparison. No one takes 3mg of Hydrocodone haha.


So, we are making some progress. I would say, also that 100mg Darvocet (Dextropro..)=75mg Tramadol, which is definitely off from what they have. However, I would state that 100mg of Tramadol=5mg Hydrocodone.

I have no experience with the -morphones or methadone or morphine, so help fill in the information and I'll type up an attractive chart.

That sounds right mang. Is that last one the elephant opiate or not, because if not that would be the most powerful by a lot. Oxymorphone i do think beats acetyl-morphine.. dope. But damn I did not know buprenorphine was so potent.... haha I guess I did, it's fucking made doppy and harsh sometimes though.

To answer my question...it is the elephant one. Tranquilizer for large animals. "It has a quantitative potency approximately 10,000 times that of morphine "
