    ok...who here has tried opana?

lately ive been able to get my hands on the 20mg ones (green octagon shaped pill...) im just curious if anyone has ever had the experience to try oxymorphone? this stuff is incredible, better than any other pain killer ive ever tried! if youve tried it id love to hear of someones experiences with it. if you havent tried it and your fond of opiates id deffinatly recomend you get your hands on these....oh, and how cool is that shape?

i got 9 of those 20mg pills you are reffering to. about half-way through my bag i started to get a little addicted. shit is strong for sure, just be carefull with it ive found that it really depresses the respitory system at as little as 10mg snorted.

    oxymorphone is garbage.

i mean, the high is nice yes, but its definitely one of the worst hard opiates i've done.

like it boosts your tolerance like no other, more than heroin i think, just a ridiculous amount.

    my 2 cents.

I'm currently on it myself. 15mg Opana ER twice a day.

For me, it a love-hate relationship stronger than that of other opiates. Which is saying quite a bit. I love the feel though it is a bit more sedating than I'd like. It seems the dose between being high and active/energetic and being high/nodding is only a hair's width. I prefer to stay awake and enjoy the feeling rather than nodding-out or falling asleep.

However, my biggest problem with it is that I must be overly sensitive to some filler in the pill. In short sniffing it makes my nose bleed (not outright, but father back in where it eventually dries/builds up and comes out in some horrible plug of nastiness. On top of that it seems to bother my lungs more even though I try and sniff as light as possible to get it in. Still... it's hard to not put myself though it when it feels so nice otherwise.

I'm hoping in about a week and a half to get a few of the IR's thrown in the mix (I currently have no break-through med which sucks) and hopefully they won't cause the same issues. I'd also like to move to the 20mg, but since I just moved to the 15mg I doubt the doc will go for it... still I might try and be subtle about it and see where it goes.

Luckily for everyone else though, I seem to be the only person I've heard of on several different boards/forums with that problem.

I know I should stop, but I've been at this "game" long enough to know that I won't just yet.

yeah i hear ya on the addictive side of it...and its true it does seem to slow my breathing down alittle bit. but i dont think its anything major. i like oxycontin alot more because i can snort afew of those and feel fine with no side effects but opana still is very nice.

^ every hard opiate slows down your breathing.

and oxycontin is definitely way better.

    although the prices weren't unfortunately.
