one more parent to go...then both again

my dad won’t care if i get dreads and i’m slowly smooth-talking my mom into them. she’s almost to the the point of letting me. the problem is, i want natural dreads. they said if they let me they want me to go get them done my a “pro”. any tips on convincing them to let me do ‘em the way i want? i already told them “it saves money” but they disagree. lol. anything will help. thanks

 

if they are hippie like then tell them that nature is a pro and what you want is a truly natural hair because you want to connect with your body somehow

if they are not....well tell them that you read on many forums and Wikipedia that "pros" make them cheep and they smell after a week. =)

 

Tell them that the "pros" make them grow mold inside your dreads (wax) I have experience....
