Loosing to KC is almost as bad as loosing to the Raiders. As a Denver native I can tell you those rivalries run deep. I have an uncle from KC living in Denver and he saves the front page of the sports section every time KC beats the Broncos. I saw part of the game and I noticed the broadcast team is obsessed with the altitude here. Like it allows you to kick the ball 80 yards and the other team is always tired because they can't breath. It's really not that big of a deal. Yes a ball travels farther but a few extra yards. You get more of an advantage with a strong wind. And if you are an elite athlete you should be adjusted to the air in here within a day. But when I get off the plane at sea level the air feels too thick to me. Like my lungs are too full like I took a deep breath even when I breath normal so I can sort of see what people mean.

i spent the first 10 years of my life at sea level, but ive lived here twice that long. going back to a lower altitude, especially humid low altitude, is like breathing underwater. the oxygen is so DENSE. its a weird sensation.

Ever since I started going for Broncos late 90s means I turned all my negativity toward the Chargers, Chiefs and Raiders and also the Seahawks who were in the division before inthink Texans became a squad. so yeah, I know how much it hurt. But I do believe the Raiders aren't as good as they think and i also know that Denver have to play them both again plus they'll play each other. So we still have a shot if the raiders start to faulter like I think they will.
