I'm seriously getting cancer if I don't quit soon. I can feel it coming!

Was sitting at a bar the other day, and they had those horrible 311 Quit Smoking Now commercials on TV.

All kinds of cancerous deformities on the cheek, tongue, gums and teeth , the quickening pace of the heart, black lungs, etc.

    But I'm developing a method.

Oh well, my current pack is giving me cancer. Hopefully, next time I'll just get carbon monoxide.

I've seen this woman, she was my father's secretary at Pitt University. She got cancer and refused to quit smoking.

It was really amazing that she made a choice to die...almost impressive. It's stubborn and stupid, but it was really a funny sort of fortitude, seeing her losing her voice and cough incessantly, and smoke like nothing was happening.

    Total denial.

Back then I could have sworn I'd never smoke.

Wow. If I get sick, I swear, it's going to be such a moral defeat.

I mean, I'm doing this to my body CONSCIOUSLY.

happened to me too before, just when i was completely fine, had a really rough breakup and 1st thing i did was grab a smoke
so when u quite..try to keep everything moving in a possitive direction, and if things get rough, lock yourself in a closset away from any access to em or something

or dont give in to that easy cure that really cures nothing

thats really it we reach for what we feel will ease the stress just a bit, but it doesnt help ya at all does it?
but it sure is easier to light a cig then change a livin situation or whatever...
