Off to Work!

I just got high and I'm going to work the first time stoned.

It's cool because I smoked right up until the point where before you get "fucked up". So I still feel sociable and energetic. Plus my eyes aren't sleazy....YET.

then when I come home I'm gonna rip it hard. 4 hours!

I just have never really wanted to go to work high. My boss is weird and she usually is there and says gay shit to me for the first hour so I didnt want to deal with her. I kind of just sit around/talk to customers and a little bit of cleaning. Pretty chill. Only person on staff.
It's a fitness gym by the way. I sit behind the counter/clean. Read a book. I used to play poker but they cracked down on computers, fired a guy, and are always coming in now.

 

Hope you don't loose your job! Doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

 

I used to work at Quiznos and everyone who worked there smoked so we would all blaze when the bosses left. It was an easy job so I was able to function just as well when I was ripped.

 

A majority of business that rely on high school and college aged kids for work are usually pothead paradises. If the owner spends very few hours at the business, one or two of the managers will be cool enough to let people smoke out back or in the freezer.

One of the restaurants near me is full of stoners. Everyone except for the owner smokes. When they close at night, employees over 21 are allowed to have a beer or two. The few times I've been there to pick up my friend, everyone was drinking as much as they could before they had to turn the alarm on, we were allowed to smoke cigarettes inside (a non smoking building) and bowls were continuously being smoked in the freezer.

 

Well, I worked at a restaurant too. Ruby Tuesdays, in fact. And that's where I learned to smoke pot. But, if it's a "serious" job, I really wouldn't risk going to work high!

 

When I used to work at Mcd's I always got high before.I was the playplace supervisor. I don't know why they gave me the title "supervisor" they probably did it so I'd feel like it was more of an important job.I'd have to crawl through the playplace and help get the kids who are either stuck or too scared to come out. Negotiating with little kids is hard.

 

This is probably the most serious job anyone on the Hipforums has ever had.

 

I work at fuckin wendys and I toked before work once, and it was horrible.
I fucked up every order, and I had that stoner voice. My boss was asking me why I was doing so bad. But it can be bad too, like all I do now is stock, take out the trash, and clean. I never get to associate with customers .

 

When you are stuck behind a counter, you have to be ready for customers at the worst time and for them to be in the worst mood. I worked at a dry cleaner for 2 years and never bothered smoking before work once. A lot of people don't possess the ability (or the manners, I guess it depends how you look at it) to deal with people in the kind of setting where they are right (to a certain extent) as long as they are a paying customer.

Any job that requires repeating things over and over is much better done stoned.

 

man. you want repetitive come work at global postal solutions. you don't know what repetitive is until you've worked there for a day.

last summer I worked at quizno's, all I did was clean the tables off, it was a bitch (if you ever go there, throw your trash away in the trash cans that say Thank You!)
I got stoned before work almost every day, and spent literally 100% of the pay on weed. I only worked like 3 hours a day so it was fine

 

I've probably done three or four jobs that are just as bad if not worse.
The worst one I can recall is restickering boxes. All you had to do was peel the sticker off, line it up on the box and put it on. I had pallets and pallets of boxes to resticker (about 600 boxes on a pallet).

 

i've had a few jobs in the summer that were just pure crap and unskilled labor.
one was like blowing shavings off chasis with this air pressured thing and i could basically stand around and get paid. and i also moved furniture and tanning beds and shit in this warehouse. it was alright cause you got smoke breaks and i got to drive a forklift a few times :X

 

I hope its not just me, i don't understand most of this.

 

Dude, i work at a university as a janitor. Its pretty cool, i get high, clean the place, solve mathematical equations on those really old chalk boards etc. I also am best friends with ben affleck, we chill sometimes. Tho i get a weird feeling, he wants me to go away and never be his friend again...

 

I hope I will not be the only one to understand this reference

I can't remember the last time I went to work sober lol, if that says anything. I have basically been going to work stoned for over 2 years. Then again my job at the liquor store is setup perfectly to be high for.
