So of Montreal's new album should be coming out pretty soon.. of course I got myself a torrent so I could listen to this masterpiece.

I think it's now the 4th time listening to the album in 2 days and I'm loving what I'm hearing.. they've added some horns.. aaaw, fuck I love that sound. It's sort of along the lines of Sinking Fauna, but with a much lighter, happier tone to it, I'd say.

Anyways, a friend of mine told me they were coming to montreal in late october so I'll be buying my ticket very soon and that night is gonna be too sick! Ever since I got into them.. about 3-4 years ago.. I just fell in love.And to just think that I'll get to see them live in less than 2 months.. aaaahh.. I'm pretty excited about the whole thing.

Oh yeah, and as big of a fan as I'd like to claim I am.. I always feel bad 'cause I've never given a single penny for support.. never bought an album, clothes, accesories, or went to a show.. but I somehow have the whole discography, including demos and live albums. (thank you torrents). Anyways, I feel a little bad inside about that.. maybe I should just give Kevin a 50$ bill at the show.. it may not be what I ow him.. but it's something aha

I love them! I'm going to see them for the first time on Oct 30th and super excited about it! Such great music to dance to, always elevates my mood.

 

I love Of Montreal. One of the great Elephant 6 bands.

I also downloaded the demonoid torrent of Skeletal Lamping *digital high fivez*. I am not sure, but hopefully I will be going to the show in Milwaukee on Oct. 26th though it is a Sunday so who knows. The album fucking rocked, but not the best. The artwork on their albums continuously gets better though

Gahh! I'm going to this concert on Thursday! Sooo excited, it's in one of my favorite venues too but not a good place for grooving, but whatever we have floor seats and I'm taking the lady to a fantastic mexican place in town before hand and I get out of wrk 5 hours early so yeeeah gonnnna be very wonderful, I can't wait to get my dance on
