I love what I am doing right now. It not much of a real job like I should have, and doesnt pay much, but I am taking care of horses for a friend of my mothers who is sick with cancer. Getting up and putting on a tee shirt and jeans and getting dirty in the stables..... also I get to play my music as loud as I like. The horses seem to really love van morrison.
I really enjoyed working in a video store...I got to watch movies and t.v. all day...and I got free candy and soda. My dream job...I don't know yet...I might go into cosmetology or be a vet or open up some type of a business. heh.
I have only had two jobs: Being a Park Ranger and being a Hotel Maid (what I am right now). Clearly being a Park Ranger was the best. Actually it just kicked ass and I wish that I was still able to do it.
i think being a dietary assistant at Green Acres was the best job so far, more satisfactory but working at the factory was fun too b/c of the friends i had made and getting to cut work with the supervisors...fun times
I'd say my current job as a waiter is my favorite, but I've had a bunch of jobs I really liked. I liked working with my dad in our family's fabric store. I liked working for the Penn State Univ Press, which was where I worked the longest. I liked working in a six-pack shop. I feel lucky because I've had a bunch of cool jobs. I've had my share of shitty ones, though. Thing is, if I don't like a job, I quit. Actually, at the moment I'm not working at all because the restaurant had a front row seat to Hurricane Ivan. Fortunately the place wasn't destroyed and I should be back to work in a few weeks.
