Dosage? BL doesn't know, and there isn't much info on this one. An opiate though??? Man, this one is going to go wild. I am sure interested.

"(-)-O-desmethyltramadol retains activity as a noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor" - That means it will have somewhat of a stimulant effect like Kratom or reg tramadol. Thats assuming that the procudt being sold is (-) and not (+). Actually, its probably a combination of the two since u would have to try to get just one or the other.

So that would mean that dosage range should be about 50-133mg, right? I would guess so. So that means a good allergy test would be about 2mg and a good starting dose until we can get that established would be 1/4th that, 12.5mg. (This is all assuming that this really is desmethyl tramadol and not BromoDfly....) Just because of what has happened recently; if we can't get it tested to make sure its real then starting out at 500micrograms is probably smartest, then working up slowly from there.

So, who wants to be the guinea pig? I would love to try this for sure, but after the BD incident I don't think I will be the first to try anything anymore.

 

man if its anything like regular tramadol, it doesnt interest me at all. I love opiates and tramadol doesnt do a thing for me, I didnt even think it was considered an opiate. Ive never really felt a thing from tramadol.

 

Yeah, but I haven't felt anything myself off of codeine. Morphine on the other hand feels great. Same idea here. (codeine's main effects are due to morphine, Tramadols main effects are due to this metabolite) Hopefully its as fun!

Either way, I look at it like this. There are some times that you need a stronger pain killer than tylenol. There are also some times you need something that doesn't show up on a drug test, and is legal. Those themselves are great reasons to buy it for me. Now I can cure my wife's cramp pains, feel much better with a cold, have something for emergencies, have something that will help potentiate alcohol a little differently, etc.. To me there are many reasons to have it by my side.

What am I going to do with AMT or 4-AcO-DMT? Trip. Thats what I am going to do. Thats about it too. Plus, you have to keep in mind that this is 3 times stronger than tramadol and could very well be a fun opiate. Although I don't think it will be the best thing in the world, it certainly has it uses.

Price per dose seems to beat my current insurance for the script i get fro my RLS. So if it is indeed what it is, I am all over it. Just need to see if I can get some reimbursement from the insurance company!

I was readin the wikki article on tramadol and it basically said tramadol was metabolized into O-desmethyltramadol by the liver. I'd quote it but i'm on my phone.

So i wonder what the o-desmethyltramadol is metabolized into, or if what isnt absorbed just passes through the body?

 

Looks like a lot would probably just not be absorbed, or just pass through. I'm just inferring from what happens when Morphine is metabolized. Strange, someone said codeine metabolizes into morphine for it's effects, but morphine happens to metabolize into small amounts of codeine according to Wikipedia...

 

I've had some decent experiences with tramadol recently, but only with doses of 150-200mg at the least. Granted, they are selling it's metabolite, but wouldn't you still need to ingest around 60mg to feel a similar high? If that's the case, the shitty comedown/wd's from tramadol would negate any price benefit in my opinion.

 

Shitty comedown and withdrawals?

I've used percocet up to 5 5x500 for 25 mg oxy at once (used 3 5x500 at night every other day for a week) as well as vicodin (now 4 5x500 hardly does anything to me yet I haven't used anything in a long while so that was strange) and I have never noticed any comedown or withdrawals. Is this because I didn't use constantly, or is it because I smoke weed every day?

Is tramadol that bad that there is less recreational benefit and way more addiction/negative side effects than oxy/percocet, and even hydro/vicodin?

I would say it has little to no recreational value. From my experiences with Tramadol I've found it to have no euphoria.

 

But you're basically talking about Codeine here when you talk about Tramadol. We're talking about Morphine here, relative to Codeine, theoretically, when we talk about o- desmethyl tramadol, so that's really what is questionable and might be really different from Tramadol, because isn't Codeine that much different from Morphine?

I have yet to hear anyone say o- desmethyl tramadol really sucks.

Basic logic would wait until someone has tried o- desmethyl tramadol specifically, to test the hypothesis we have made, that it wouldn't really suck.


I will probably personally test this, most likely before Christmas. I have to wait for funds.

Just thought I would share this collection of info from another forum as it may or may not apply to O-Desmethyltramadol... At first it was said that the German forensic medicine lab confirmed a product Krypton that was being marketed as a Kratom extract actually contained O-Desmethyltramadol and caffeine.

Then, someone with no posts (this was his first) said a place in Sweden that actually sold Krypton said their natuional crime lab tested it and found Kratom and caffeine. So, go figure, I see a lot of places selling Krypton from a google search, seems like there is money in it. I would probably trust the German lab tests, and if this is the case, then I don't know, maybe the paranoid guy about RCs end might be on to something. That is, if the connection is made with O-Desmethyltramadol and other stuff, if that holds to be true.

I tried to not be biased and collect most of the reports of the effects. I don't know if posting other forums is allowed but it should be easy to find, and maybe follow that because one guy posted that he had ordered some O-Desmethyltramadol and would post a report of that...

CFT is a cocaine analog. I don't know of anyone who can get it.
