I heard protein helps with concentration. just start eating an apple with peanut butter for enegry... peanut butter has tons of energy in it. dark chocolate could work with that aswell.

and have a balanced diet. that's the most important thing. Once you eat healthy, you'll feel so much better

Personally Freedom Man, I would cut out the junk food and soda. Completely. If thats mostly what you eat, that in my opinion would be one if not the main reason for how you feel. Not only is that food nutritionally defecient, it contains toxins that negatively affect your body. My suggestion would be to invest in a good juicer, make your own fruit/vegetable juice and try to drink it daily. You'd be amazed how good it could make you feel in a relatively short period of time. Don't buy ready made fruit juice. Alot of it contains a huge amount of sugar, not to mention a ton of other crap you shouldn't put in your body. It isn't as nutritious either.

There are many other suggestions I could make, but it would be one long post.

Eat whole foods. They are real, as is your body.
Stay out of the middle aisles at the store, shop the borders.
If it has a bold health claim like "NO TRANS FAT", you don't want it. It is crap trying to hide behind marketing bullshit.
Cook atleast one meal a day for yourself. Learn what goes into food and you'll care more what goes into yourself.
