I have a big lidocaine patch on top of each shoulder, waiting my my head to go numb...

 

Lidocaine - is that the powder that Wesley used in The Princess Bride to poison that guy's drink?

My head isn't exactly numb but I am getting some movement noises from my my cervical spine so that's probably a good thing. Maybe it's unlocking to allow blood flow to my actual head.
