Nudity: Where would you, and where have you?

So, I'm putting a question to people regarding nudity. Well, several questions depending on how you view it. What I'm asking is, where have you been naked in the past? Where would you like to go naked, and where do you intend to go naked? Stories are entirely welcome here, you don't just have to list places.

I've been naked on a bus, as many of you will know by now, and you can read the full story in that thread. I have also been topless in a cinema but I might try more one day. How about you guys and gals?

 

Where I have been naked:
-Woods near the lake
-house
-a secluded park I know of

Where I'd like to or intend on going naked:
-I'd love to join the World Naked Bike ride...It's just not in my city. When I move out west I would consider joining it.
-Beach...The beach here is filthy and I would never go on it.
-Naturalist Resort

I'm sure there's more places, just can't think of any right now.

 

1) Many, many outdoor swimming places. Some known for nudity-OK,or, 2) some just away enough that no one would notice or care anyway.

At our cabin, and on many swimming/sunning places on that lake which come under the heading of #2 above.

Around our house when it's hot, and to the extent I can get away with it, in the garden out back.

I've never yet been to an organized naturist resort. No problem with that, but it hasn't happened yet. There was one summer when I was young and 22 that I spent every day on the free beach on outer Cape Cod. That was a long time ago, though! Every place is clamping down on this, whether because of a problem with nudity, or because of the crowds of fellow nudists this drew.

 

Places I'd like to be nude: Arches National Park Utah, somewhere in Juneau/SE AK. Or Whurever it's nice to be naked.

Places I have been nude: Home and once in a parking garage on a dare, only later did I notice all the surveillance cameras.

 

I would like to be nude: everywhere where it's comfortable (i.e. not cold and not scorching hot to the point it burns your skin).

I have been nude:

- Around the house - all the time (am naked right now)
- In my backyard
- On my roof (I'm pretty sure all my neighbours have seen me naked by now)
- On sailboats (it's so cool and natural. I don't know why anyone would want to wear clothes while sailing. Unless it's storming of course).
- On beaches (both in Russia when I was very young and here in the US)
- Driving a car on a highway (always fun)
- On the street (yup, done some streaking )

 

-in the woods
-camping
-hiking in the countryside
-on beaches (nude ones and clothing required ones)
-in the courtyard of apartment complexes in which i have resided
-at home of course, i am always naked (right now of course)
-in hotel rooms with friends
-in friends homes when staying over
-in parks
-in my car driving, just for fucking shits and giggles:reddevil:
-on the balcony of my old apartment
-on the street a few times when i was younger on dares by friends

 

I've soaked nude in over 60 hot springs in Asia, Europe, and the good ole USA. Favorites nclude Terwilliger in Oregon, Fifth Water in Utah, and Deep Creek in California.

I've also gone skinny dipping in quite a few swimming holes over the years. My first co-ed skinny dipping experience was encouraged by a friendly female neighbor at my college apartment. We snuck out to the apartment complex swimming pool in the middle of the night...

My first nude hiking experience was when I got caught in a cold rain storm hiking out of Deep Creek HS in Apple Valley, CA. I decided I would be less miserable with dry clothes when I got to my car than dealing with several hours worth of cold, wet clothes on my drive back to the hotel... My body regulated my temperature quite well while hiking nude. I dried off when I got to the car after hiking a couple of miles and pulled my clothes out of my pack and got dressed.

Every since then hiking nude in the rain is one of my favorite past times. I also enjoy hiking nude in the sunlight as well. The extra Vitamin D is exceptionally healthy!

During a cross country skiing trip in Utah my ex-wife and I got nude together for an amorous roll in the snow. <grin>.

I'm ALWAYS nude in my hot tub, and I figure it is up to my neighbors to choose whether or not to look. I like laying out nude on my second story deck. I've even done a bit of naked gardening.

I'm frequently nude around my house. And as often as opportunity presents I'm at nude beaches (I've been to about 10 nude beaches across North America.)

In fact, I'm going to be nude hiking out to Deep Creek Hot Springs tomorrow afternoon. (My flight to LA leaves in the morning <grin>.

Basically, I consider myself a naturist...

 

Oh, I forgot to mention nude skiing (both water & snow), nude snow shoeing, and nude spelunking in an overly muddy cave (I figured why ruin my clothes? My body cleans so much easier!)

I went skinny dipping at Wreck Beach in British Columbia in March... For some odd reason I was the only one on the beach that day!

I also forgot to mention a 4 days straight of essentially no clothes at Valley View Hot Springs in Colorado... Frankly I've got more "nude stories" than time to write...

 

anywhere it's allowed! beaches, camping in the woods, I've been to a nude water park. even around town.

 

Did it the other day! So, I went to the cinema fully clothed, looking like any normal person would (underwear and shoes included). The movie I was watching was relatively old now, so there were only a couple of other people in the room. I was sat at the back and the other people were sat about halfway down. So, first of all the flats came off, but I was feeling a bit nervous about going any further because a guy kept turning his head round ever once in a while. After about 30 minutes I went to the toilet, leaving the flats behind at my seat, and went to the lobby to buy a drink. By the time I got back I started to realise just how filthy and sticky cinema floors really are, and the soles of my feet were pitch black from just a short wander. So, I sat back down and the guy in front, to my delight, had stopped looking back, so I saw this as an opportunity. First off came my top, and it went straight onto the floor, and I was sat there with nothing but a skimpy bra on top. Next came the jeans, which went straight on the floor too. So now I was sat there in my underwear, and soon the bra strap was undone and I took it off. So now all that was left was the panties. Nervously I took them off and stayed like this for a few minutes before putting everything back on, bar the shoes (which stayed off until the next day).

 

only my house, my backyard and an old jacuzzi we had when I was younger (in my backyard). Also unintentionally, I was completely naked in a bar in Mexico, but it was more of a drunken dare gone wrong...

I have yet to go elsewhere nude, but I would like to. There are a few places, both secluded and actual nudist friendly near my home, but I don't have time and I don't think I am ready to be nude around others yet...but maybe someday soon .

 

I took part in a PETA demo in central London a couple of years ago, you can see me somewhere in this picture.

Though being a group action, and even agreed up front with the police, it didn't really seem that scary - in fact I didn't really feel any more "daring" than if I'd been on the nudist beach in Brighton. But still, it's something to have done.

 

Places I have been/am naked - things I do in the nude:

• nude sunbathing and skinnydipping at various lakes and rivers
• being nude with other Brothers and Sisters at a Rainbow Gathering
• on our communal ground, when I was living with other counter-culture people on a pasture we squatted, using wooden or metal trailers (known in German as Bauwagen, similar to small circus trailers)
• nude sunbathing and chilling in a secluded part of a park nearby
• nude and barefoot hiking (not all nude hikers are barefoot, you know... )
• being always nude in my apartment (right now, as well) and hence:
• nude internet surfing
• on my balcony (mostly at night, taking a nude smoke)
• lovemaking (well, that is almost too obvious to mention, so I guess that is why no one else had it on his/her list ).

Places I'd like to be nude/things I'd like to do in the nude:

Anywhere, as long as weather permits. Anything, as long as weather permits.
But, since society and its taboos are still in the way of that, this remains a dream of mine (and not of mine alone, I bet...).

- Just after I finished my A levels, I went cycle touring with a couple of friends. They went into town to get some provisions, and I lay naked in the sun for an hour or so, a few hundred metres from a road. It was the first time I felt the sun on my bits, and it was wonderful.

- When I was still living with my parents, I got drunk one Christmas Eve, let myself out of the house at about 3am, and walked around the block naked. It was freezing cold, but exhilarating.

- Many years ago, I was working alone on a Saturday morning in the lab of the concrete company I worked for (never mind the Health and Safety implications, it was a long time ago). I locked the door of the lab (all the windows had blinds) and spent a couple of hours working in the nude.

- Earlier this year, there was a beer can blowing up and down the street in front of our house. At about 4am, I couldn't stand the rattling noise anymore, so went to retrieve the can and put it in the bin. As I sleep in the nude, and didn't want to put any lights on to find some clothes, I went out into the street naked to grab the can. There is a street light right in front of our house, and it was very thrilling to know that I was clearly visible to anyone who happened to be looking out (not likely at that hour, of course).

- This summer I went walking in the Lake District, and took my clothes off a couple of times when I was sure there was no-one around. I did encounter a woman on a horse, but she didn't seem at all concerned that I was naked.

At home, and in the garden, I am nude all the time, and love doing DIY in the nude. Naked carpentry is great; I love the feeling of warm wood shavings falling on my skin, and there are no sleeves or cuffs to get caught in power tools.

If I could, I'd be nude all the time, anywhere (temperature permitting). I'd happily walk to work, and sit at my desk naked if it was possible. And frankly I find it ridiculous that I have to be dressed for anything that involves getting wet.

ive done that a couple of times a few years back, its so much fun but pretty nerve racking!

the first time it was jst a spur of the moment thing like you, i went in fully dressed and realised there was hardly anybody in the movie and nobody anywhere near me so i stripped and sat there in the nude for a few minutes before gettin dressed again. the worst part was takin my top off and puttin it back on cuz i had to do it over my head and it must have been really obvious i was getting undressed if anyone had seen me (if they did nobody reacted tho).

the second time i went prepared! all i wore was baggy jeans and a zip up top, nuthin else. so i was pretty modestly covered but about 15 mins into the film i just had 2 items to slip off and then i was naked! i watched about an hour of the film completely naked then i started to get paranoid it was ending so got dressed again.

it was awesome, id probably do it more but i dont very often go to the cinema on myown and my friends would probably get a bit weirded out if i just suddenly got naked there!

anywhere i can!
