I know there is already a group for this but I was just curious. I feel lesbian and bisexual females have a more relaxed attitude towards nudism from some conversations I have engaged in, but the nudist/naturist scene is still predominately male. I was wondering if any of you attend nude beaches or may even be all-out nudists? As for me, I have been practicing nudism, both privately and publicly, since I was 13. I can't imagine a better way to live, but I think most females still have a negative association with nudity. I know other females would feel more comfortable if there were more females in the nudist scene. Jackie
I don't like to expose my nudity to other people, no matter how many females there are. Most of male nudist I know are actually gay.
I go undressed from time to time but I never think "oh I'm going to go nude today" it just happens. I live in a group house with my best mates and its way more common to have the straight chicks walk around nude than it is for me or my partner. Even some of these are just my friends other friends that I don't really know and it's no secret that I'm gay so I feel a lot of mixed ass signals most times. Decent perv though!
It seems to me that most male nudists are gay or bisexual too. I am glad you have a more relaxed view too irminsul.
I dont mind being nude around my partner and she doesn't mind the same around me but in front of our friends and family no thanks. It's just not for me I am way too shy
My mum used to take me to nudist beaches since I was 12 years old. I quite used to go to those beaches and I don't feel uncomfortable because I don't really know any of the people there, and I like being nude at home. I feel awkward now.
I hate clothes, lol! At home I'm a nudist, but I am way too self-conscious to go nude in public. I think it is silly that our culture puts so much stock in what they call 'modesty'. Covering your body doesn't change what's underneath, so why bother? Of course, clothes are necessary for staying warm in colder climates, or for skin protection, but sometimes I wish I had been born in a culture where nudism was so natural that there wouldn't even be a word for it. In our current culture I've got all this psychological programming chaining me to my clothes, lol.
At home is a great way to start. I think it is a great way to relax but also do wonders for your self-acceptance and self-image.
Alicia- Even if its just with a partner in a non-sexual way, I think it is beautiful. Bi- I started young too, but it was more on my own. I am glad you were able to experience it for a while at least so that you can see it is not some taboo thing. Alice- Couldn't agree more.
'Polyfidelity (also sometimes called Polyexclusivity) is a form of polyamory where all members are considered equal partners and agree to be sexually active only with other members of the group. The term originated in the Kerista Village commune in San Francisco which practiced polyfidelity from 1971 to 1991.[1] The community expected all of its members, within bounds of gender and sexual orientation, to be sexually active with all other members, and for exclusive relationships not to be formed. However, this aspect of polyfidelity is not always expected today. Polyfaithful relationships are, like monogamous relationships, closed in the sense that partners agree not to be sexual outside the current members of the group. The difference is that more than two people are included in the closed group. New members may generally be added to the group only by unanimous consensus of the existing members, or the group may not accept new members.' (Wikipedia, 2012) Anon. (2013). Polyfidelity. [Online]. This is true. It was a quote from a wiki article. You live in part of a polyfidelitous community then? How is that?
How many people are part of your community? And how long have you been a part of it? If you don't mind me asking
At this site, which is a new one we have at present 26. All told if I include all the sites globally around 250 women. Iv'e been involved with it for around 2 years, fully immersed, since we built the one here.
Where it is located? So do you have sex exclusively with women within the site? What if you met someone outside of the group that you were attracted to, how would you address that?
