Nightmares

I've been having a lot of nightmares for the past few weeks. The first one I remember having was about this really hot guy I met at a party riding in a car with me and telling me he was reincarnated Judas from the Bible.Then I told him something (just normal conversation) and he lashed out and started swinging at me. Since then I've had dreams about my best friend living in a crack house (may sound simple, but it wasn't a pretty picture in my head) and also I had one today about being scitzophrenic. Like I actually heard 2 voices having a conversation in my sleep but saw no faces. There are others, too, but those are the ones I remember right now. What's going on here? What can I do to stop it?

there are a couple of things you might do:

crush some mint leaves and put them under your pillow
read stories written from an unfamiliar and nonfanatical perspective
and try falling asleep looking at your hand

your own soul is more powerful then you've been appearently led
to give it credit for

love has power
and you can generaly float, teleport or awaiken

seldom are we powerless in our dreams
or rather encounter anything more powerful then ourselves in them
