Does anybody know the "chemistry" behind the fact that so many drugs increase craving for nicotine (if one is already a smoker) - alcohol, opiates, amphetamines CERTAINLY do this. On the other hand, if you are even starting to verge on the edge of withdrawals, the THOUGHT of smoking a cigarette is noxious.
actually I believe addiction is more psychological... I find nicotine to be about addictive as chocolate: if its there and im in the mood ill smoke a cigarette but if its not around im not even thinking about it!
I'm not a regular smoker, but i find that nicotine increases the buzz you get off of smoking other stuff
oh my god i know exactly what you mean. i cant smoke a cigarette until i have at least 60mgs of oxy in me. its not even just the withdrawals anymore just when im not high it makes me feel sick to even see cigarettes.
