k so i started my new grow today. i bought two lightbulbs that produce 2700 lumens each in about a 2 square foot space to 3 plants. i kno ur not supposed to but im using maricle grow on this crop just becuz u dont need to buy a lot to get the nutes you need. ill keep pictures posted constantly ....more to come
who cares if its "chemical grow" chemicals aren't necessarily a bad thing, while I don't know alot about miracle grow, 100% organic things(at least in my opinion) are not always the best.
Get a bag of budswell for fruiting though.... I even use miracle grow sparingly- just when my organic tea's don't really seem to green them up anymore I been hitting them with MG this last cycle, and i used gypsum instead of bonemeal for fixing my soil and supplying calcium. So far they seem much healthier than a full regimen of foxfarm would do. I only use MG like twice during the life of a plant (approx 4 months) and I get NO chemical taste... I use compost and castings almost every watering though.
rocketdude, i see some thread on overgrow i think where some geezer grew just using miracle grew - can't remember him having any complaints! just remember to give them a good few weeks flushing before you harvest - get rid of any chemical build up
