Buy a pregnacy test if you are worried. There is no point adding more stress wondering whats going to happen. My advice would be if you two are in such a stressful situation then you NEED to slow things down. Stop having sex. If you aren't going to use protection everytime and you don't want kids then just stop. You both have a lot going on personally so try to support each other but also look after yourself. You're 16. Too young to be getting into a situation like this. Stop messing around and getting into trouble, get an education and enjoy just being young. That would be my advice anyway.
you'll probably be fine man, even if you came inside of her all 3 times chances are that she isn't going to get pregnant. that said, you should use a condom (or she should get on the pill, or use both) every time because eventually you're going to get her pregnant.
