need help with this deal going down

So I finally i found someone who can hook me a sack. Me and my friends are paying about 90 dollars total combined. Me and one of my other friends thought it sounded kinda wierd cuz we asked how much he could sell us and he said 60 dollars worth (15 = g in San Diego btw). After that we asked if he could hook a little more like 90 and he was like, "uhhh, oh yeah surre." (over phone)

But because it sounded like this guy was gana rip us, I was wondering if you guys help me figure out how to decide wat is dank stuff and we dont end up getting 90 dollars worth of that bud in a can or legal no thc stuff (san diego specializes in chronic). Also can someone please put into terms what 7g's looks like or show a picture. If no one can do that, a picture of a g would be great.

I suggest you buy a scale. An ounce of weed is a 28.38 grams. So an eighth of an ounce is a little more than 3.5 grams and I understand, although I no longer buy this low of an amount that an eighth costs about $60.00, at least here in Chicago. So if you are looking to spend about $90.00 you should have about about 5.25 grams or a bit more. At least by Chicago standards. Now when you buy more you tend to get a lower price. So you might be getting 7 grams for the $90.00 because of that, or simply from the fact that prices are a bit lower in California because it is everywhere. I have been paying a bit more myself lately but the stuff I have been buying is really good. I just got some stuff so dank I almost could not smoke it. It was a bit harsh, although it blew me away. I am going to cut mine with some less harsh weed. Yum. Before that I got some stuff from Cananda. Anyway, if you are about to get 7 grams for $90.00 that is not bad. It might be ditch, but you will not really know until you smoke it. I like to smoke with my dealers just to get to know them better. They will do you right if you can be friendly with them and treat them like a human being.

What to look for.... Ok. Well, look for white or red hairs in the green, they also tend to have a little brown mixed in as well. It should be a dark green and a little moist. Not to packed and should have some good sized buds. Keep in mind that everytime that a person sells weed they tack on their cut. If it has seeds it will not be as strong. For the plant to make seads it takes away from what makes your weed fun. I personally like to go by the smell as well. If it smells dank it should be dank. The last stuff I got was still smelling up the house and it was in three zip lock bags. We are talking it was in my room and I walked in the door of my house and could still smell it. I just moved so I am looking for my glass jar with the rubber seal to put it in. I hope that will help. I put it in the basement for now but damn it is skunk. If you use a standard zip lock or sandwich bag 7 grams will take up the bottom inch of the bag. I hope this all helps. Happy hunting and remember to make friends with your dealer. first of all...your post wasn't exactly clear, so i'll do the best i can with the vague info you presented.
ok, 7 grams is equal to one quarter of an ounce. around here (obviously i don't live in ca) but around where i live in pa, a quarter costs about 40 bucks. in my opinion, i think it is absolutely outrageous to pay 15 for a gram. i can get a cut, which is 3.5 grams for about 20-25 of mids, which is basically middle of the road pot, which willl get you high, but it's nothing spectacular.
so, for me to pay 15 a gram, it would have to be serious dank, bc other wise it's not even worth it. ok so you don't no what dank is? dank is reallly good weed, that a.) usually costs more b.)has a lot of visible crystals and little red hairs (an indication that it is good) and is usually a rich green color and has a stronger scent and c.) gets you really high and usually without a burnt/headachy effect when you arent high anymore.

for a half, (14g) i would pay 60 bucks, which lasts me about a week, but that's because i'm a little pot head. by the sound of it, you must not smoke very much, so if you buy say a cut, it would last you a while since you wouldn't have a tolerance (i miss those days lol)

i'm not familiar with the tree in ca, but i would imagine that it's pretty good...so if i were you i wouldn't spend a lot of money yet, until you establish how much you need to get stoned...and i would bet that it's not much. sorry if this doesn't totally answer your questions, you might wanna rephrase them. but i hope i helped. good luck.

I usually get some dank stuff. I don't smoke ditch weed, it's got to be a mid or better. The thing about weed and smoking with your dealer is usually if you offer up some they will wip out some of their own after you are done smoking that one. Bring a bowl with you if you have one and throw a little bud in there and smoke it with him that will be enough. Just smoke a bowl with him or a joint. Also, if you can invest in a grinder it was one of the best investments I ever made. I have one with a little screen in the bottom for catching the keif. Save that shit up and after a few months I sprinkle a little of that on a bowl and go nuts. Thanks for the nice comment of my reply. Happy hunting and good luck.

well this sucks ass... in my god damned suburbia this "dealer" (some mid) turned out to be some kid that my retarded friend found. I gave my friend the money and he said this 15 year old dealer was going to go to the highschool (25 min away) pick it up and come back but he would need our money first to buy it so the stupid fuck head GIVES HIM THE MONEY and he drives off not picking up his phone or texting us back. what a waist of fuckin money. ive been ripped WAY to many times. ive had atleast 150 dollars ripped. I'm thinking about growing but i know i wont be able to, i need seeds, and a ton of other shit like special lights and shit.... god damn if this is how life is, it really pisses me off.

I never give a dealer my money first. If he has to go and pick up somewhere I'll offer to come with, but if he refuses then its a no-go.

But I have the best dealer right now. It started off as a dealer-customer relationship but over time we kinda turned into friends, and now we're good friends. How we ended up as good friends started out like this. I once brought a bong over to his place to smoke and I left it there (i was a bit too ripped to bring anything home... I have a habit of leaving things when im baked). The next day I got booked at home (nothing serious), and I told him that he could have the bong. He said "dude you serious man?" and i told him "yeah, I cant be fucked to bring a nice bong into the house now. I'm gonna leave it at your place for a while so its kind of yours too. just dont break it dude." he said "Dude, thanks a lot man. Dude I'll definately get you back man." and he certainly did. Everytime I pick up from him, he gives me more than what I pay (I dont know by how much more, but I know its more because Each 1/8 I buy from him looks and feels more like 5 grams). Plus whenever I go to pick up from him, he smokes me up and then the deal goes down just when im about to leave. He's also given me free weed many times in the past because I'm out of money to pick up.

It sounds like this is your first time buying weed, which is why you should only buy 10 sacks until your familiar with the different between dank and schwag, and you'll know your shit. Then you can start throwing down 90 dollar deals.

 

Sorry to hear you got fucked. I would have been pissed. I only gave my dealer the cash up front once and that was after I had delt with him for a while. I also knew where he worked so I felt covered. It turned out to be fine. I always feel it is better to deal with a "friend". My best experience has been that the "get to know your dealer" is the best way to go.

 

just to clarify; if someone needs money up front to go pick up weed...HE IS NOT A DEALER, he's a middleman, or a thief.

 

Or your just giving your buddy money to get you a bag from your dealer so you both dont have to make separate trips.

i'm just sayin, a real dealer already has weed and will exchange it for money right then and there..no sketchy shit like "gimme your money, i'll drive to my buddies house and bring it back"
