'Ello. Any B-complex supplement is your best bet. B 6 and 12 in particular aid in replenishing the body and mind during stress. If you're worried about ingesting too many B vitamins (it's easy to do), just step up on your leafy-green veggies. There are also many herbal teas that may help. Chamomile's my fav.
