i don't know what my last name means, and i didn't realize that family crests still existed...

 

Jeremy - hebrew origin(go figure) "appointed by god"

Vanselow(van-sell-oh) its german...i havent got a fucking clue what it means...and yes, there is a crest...

 

Well they are quit old, but there are long family lines. We have a crest up for Glancy at my cottage. (mothers sidE)

 

Andrew is celtic for Giant and my last name is Small. I am really tall and at school I was nicknamed "the walking contradiction".

There is a book called Mathias Shultz and His Descendants by Carlyle W. Bennett. It's about the origins of my family since they came to america. The family tree in it ends with my grandfather. It's actually really fucking cool to have a book written about your family.
