    well just starting up Yoga again i could see this as being more free with the poses.Though i am not sure i would do this in a group,hahahahaha.

    Well i have seen this done at the gathering and at many communities.In fact the last farm i went to did this everyday as a group.Seemed to build a unity with them as group.

    Naked yoga is good...it's cold in my room during the winter so that's when I'm clothed.

    If you ask me, naked is the BEST way to do yoga - I mean, what's the point in clothing when you're doing that type of exercise, as long as you're in a nice and warm room... maybe I should take it up :)
